She is been a Journeyman Artist since 1999. Most predominantly, she is running the hugely successful show NBC The Voice, Sharktank for ABC and now Jimmy Fallon’s That’s My Jam for NBC/ Peacock. Each of these starting with the pilot process in 2011 and continuing to current day. She has supervised these shows as well as a grooming personal for Adam Levine, John Legend, Charlie Puth, Jimmy Fallon, Mark Cuban, Daymond John and Shane McAnnally respectively.
